  We were Looking to buy furniture for our living room. First went to Ashley furniture store. there Bad customer service then went to your store in Whitehall. And was greeted by Frank as soon as we walked in. He offered us cold bottles of water and directed us towards the recliner section. He gave us our space and once we were ready he approached us. Nice selection of recliner sofas . We got a great deal plus interest free financing for 2 years. Frank was great. Very happy with our experience. Thanks Frank

  Great experience with Brienne Henninger!! She was patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable. We found some of the sales associates to be pretty pushy, but Bri gave us our space while still assisting with the decision. We absolutely love our new sofa and would certainly shop at this store again. However, the delivery process and staff could certainly be improved. We scheduled the delivery at the store and were told they would firm up time that day. The customer service rep called that working with a 12-6 pm time frame and I asked her to please call with a 30 mins heads up since I knew my boyfriend wouldn't be close...that didn't happen so we were forced to rush back and meet the delivery drivers. Obviously they weren't happy after waiting for 30 mins and ended up being very rude. Either way we love the furniture, but for the money spent I would've expected better communication from the delivery end.
