  We were very pleased with our Ashley Furniture shopping experience. The sales staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery drivers were courteous and professional. We did have a small issue with one of our pieces. Ashley replaced it with no questions. Would recommend Ashley to others!

  Had a great experience at the store to pick out our sofa. One piece was backed ordered so the delivery date was delayed. Delivery people came today and were great! However, our middle recliner piece was broken and did not recline. The delivery people tried to fix it but they could not. So, they ordered a replacement and should be getting a call soon for that delivery date. Hope I can find someone to be here, as I can not take another day off work. I gave a 5 Star bc customer service was great, not there fault the one piece was broken.
