  Had an appointment to drop off a phone and have been standing in a line for 10 minutes. Still haven’t been able to talk to anyone. What was the point of the appointment?

  Poor customer service, been going to this location at least once or twice a month and not once have a had an associate assist me, sad thing is that I love Apple products but with the poor customer service and attention to detail at this location is so poor that I wouldn't ever buy a product from the location, I'd rather buy it online and doing my research on my own. I wish the attitude of this store would change. This location needs to be revamped or retrained in simple customer service to all of its customers.
